Health And Safety

McGrady Contracts have stringent measures in place to ensure that all of the team have completed the necessary Health & Safety training to enable them to carry out their work safely. We feel that this is part of the reason why we have had no reportable accidents or incidents on any of our sites since the inception the company.

With guidance from our Health & Safety consultant we are able to provide regular training to stay abreast of any changes in legislation. Some of the accreditations currently held by members of the team are:

• CSR cards
• Scaffolding training
• Banksman training
• 360’ Excavator operative
• First aid training

Meanwhile the organisation as a whole, takes pride in holding the following accreditations:

• Constructionline
• SafeT cert
• SSIP

Furthermore, all prospective suppliers and sub-contractors are required to submit and pass our own H&S questionnaire to determine if they are suitable partners for us. We only feel comfortable working with organisations who are as committed to maintaining the highest standards of H&S as we are.
